White wine from the Romantik® Hotel Zur Schwane
Yellow fruits, a hint of tropical aromatics. A lot of pressure on the palate with a very elegant fruity character. The finish is very harmonious with a long aftertaste. A classic Lump that shines with fruitiness.
The grapes come from the Escherndorfer Lump. The grapes are selectively harvested and always vinified separately in stainless steel. The vines grow here on pure shell limestone.
