White wine from the Romantik® Hotel Zur Schwane in Volkach
Light aroma of hay and straw, with a lot of power on the palate, but also a very fine structure of salty and mineral Muschelkalk (shell limestone). Long finish with a typical structure of a Franconian Silvaner.
The grapes come from our top site Escherndorfer Lump. The vines grow here on pure Muschelkalk.
