Gin from the Romantik® Hotel Walhalla in Osnabrück
"Use Gin", which translates from Northern German as "our gin", is the house gin of the "Olle Use", an old townhouse dating back to 1608 and also the oldest pub in the city, which is part of the Romantik® Hotel Walhalla in Osnabrück.
The gin is particularly mild, as it is made from organic wine distillate and refined with fresh botanicals. It is produced at the "Destillerie Dwersteg" in Steinfurt near Osnabrück.
Ingredients include: coriander, lavender, ginger, lemon, cinnamon bark, grapes, and of course juniper berries.
