"Use Gin", which translates from North German as "our Gin", is the house gin of "Olle Use", an old townhouse from 1608 and the oldest pub in the city, which is also part of the Romantik Hotel Walhalla in Osnabrück. The gin is particularly mild, as it is made from organic wine distillate and refined with fresh botanicals. It is produced at the "Destillerie Dwersteg" in Steinfurt near Osnabrück. The ingredients are: coriander, lavender, ginger, lemon, cinnamon bark, grapes, and of course juniper berries. Alcohol content (Vol%): 43%
